On 15-22 October 2011, SINOSURE��s President Wang Yi led a delegation to attend Berne Union��s Annual General Meeting 2011 in Hungary hosted by Hungarian Export Credit Insurance Ltd. Over 170 representatives from Berne Union��s 43 members attended this meeting, which is the largest both in number and scale since Berne Union was founded in 1934.

The representatives of SINOSURE attended the joint meeting, plenary meeting, short-term insurance sub-meeting, mid- and long-term insurance sub-meeting, investment insurance sub-meeting and the 54th Asia-Pacific Regional Cooperation Group (RCG) meeting. During the meeting, the representatives of SINOSURE communicated actively with counterparts and further increased the influence of SINOSURE in the Union. Moreover, as the  RCG 2011 Chair, SINOSURE��s representatives hosted the 54th RCG meeting.

During the meeting, President Wang Yi and Vice President Zhou Ji��an had a meeting with the Chairman of Berne, CEO of Hungarian Export Credit Insurance Ltd. and President of Hungarian Export-Import Bank. Vice President Zhou Ji��an had a meeting with the President of Zurich Surety, Credit & Political Risk Insurance Group. Through a series of high-level talks, SINOSURE had further enhanced cooperation with international counterparts.
