On 1st December 2011, SINOSURE held the first round Customer Resource Management Workshop in Xiamen City of Fujian province.

The conference gave an introduction of the background, ideas, targets and directions of customer resource management, fully recognizing the importance and the urgency of this work, and called on a ��customer-centered�� business concept and the principle of ��market-oriented�� customer service.
