On 5th June 2012, Chinese President Hu Jintao held talks with Russian President Vladimir Putinin the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. After the meeting, SINOSURE Chairman Wang Yi and EXIAR (Russian Agency for Export Credit and Investment Insurance) CEO Petr Fradkov signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation, in the presence of the two heads of state.
