On March 31, with the witness of Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Uganda counterpart 

Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Mr. Luo Xi, SINOSURE��s President, along with Mr. Matia Kasaija, 

Minister of Finance, Planning & Economic Development of Uganda signed the Framework Agreement 

on Cooperation in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

 

The agreement aims to clarify the mechanism of bilateral cooperation, build up financing 

& insurance platform, and carry out long-term comprehensive cooperation in power, energy, 

agriculture, telecommunication, railway, port, mining, large electromechanical product 

and complete-set equipment, etc..
